Maren joined the firm in 2022 as a law clerk and upon graduation from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, as passing the bar, she joined the firm as an associate attorney. She is currently involved in BYU Law’s Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic, helping draft amicus briefs and petitions for writs of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court. She clerked for the Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C., analyzing statutory interpretation and Congressional directives. She was also a Fellow for the International Center for Law and Religion Studies. She has participated on the BYU Law Trial Advocacy Team and is on the BYU Law Moot Court Board. As an undergraduate, she studied at Brigham Young University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Music.

Outside of work, Maren enjoys playing the harp, hiking, and traveling.  Maren looks forward to joining the firm as an Associate in the fall of 2023 after passing the Utah Bar.
