Ms. Ashton joined Plant, Christensen & Kanell as an associate after practicing law in Nevada for nearly five years. She has experience in a wide range of practice areas including general litigation, construction and construction defect, transportation, personal injury, insurance and insurance defense, auto liability, slip and fall, trip and fall. Ms. Ashton is currently licensed in both Nevada and Utah, and has practiced in state and federal court.
