Mr. Young has litigation experience in several legal areas from intellectual property to personal injury. Currently, he is involved in many different aspects of insurance defense litigation including premises liability, construction, surety bonds, and worker’s compensation claims. Mr. Young has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit resolving client's issues with customs law. Utah Business recognized Mr. Young as one of Utah's Legal Elite in 2017.

In his personal life, Mr. Young enjoys his family, music and sports. Mr. Young currently serves as the Vice Chair of Communications for the Asia/Pacific Committee for the Section of International Law of the American Bar Association, as a member of the Disaster Legal Response Committee of the Utah State Bar, and a member of the University of Utah's Young Alumni Board.
