Brody Hyer is an attorney at Plant, Christensen, and Kanell. He began his legal career with Plant, Christensen, & Kanell in 2019 and is involved in many different aspects of insurance defense and municipal defense litigation.

Mr. Hyer regularly handles cases in the following areas: construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, intentional torts, construction accidents, products liability, ski industry defense, wrongful death, real estate, breach of contract, trucking and auto cases, complex litigation, and constitutional claims.

Before graduating law school, Mr. Hyer worked as a real estate agent and property manager for seven years. During law school Mr. Hyer interned with the Utah 2nd District Court and as a prosecutor.

Mr. Hyer enjoys hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children.
